Daniel Aitken – Dan joined the agency in 1991 as a senior partner. He is a commercial insurance producer of most types of businesses and also provides consulting work for area public and private school systems. His involvement with the Michigan Association of Insurance Agents (MAIA) includes several Board positions helping to shape programs to help Independent Agents across Michigan serve their clients better. James Dean – Jim joined the agency in 1991 as a commercial producer and partner. His insurance background includes years of underwriting experience at a major Michigan insurer. He has also served as President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Macomb County. Jim’s insurance expertise includes auto related repair, manufacturing and most types of businesses. Daniel Steele – Dan joined the agency in 1991 as a commercial and personal insurance producer and partner. Dan’s insurance expertise is in schools, hotels and contractors along with most other businesses. He also volunteers his time to serve on MAIA committees, insurance company roundtables and local associations to gain additional knowledge for the benefit of his clients, and the Independent Agency system as a whole. James Daniel – Jim joined the agency in 1993 as a commercial and personal insurance producer and partner. His expertise is in manufacturing, service and repair contractors, and most business and personal insurance needs. He has served as President of the IIAMC, and on the Michigan Future Foundation board at the MAIA, promoting the industry as a great place to make a career. Lynne DeHondt – Lynn joined the agency in 2005 as the sales and service agent at the Almont branch. Her extensive background in Property & Casualty and Life & Health products provides the Lapeer county area with the service and competitive markets rarely matched by any other agency in the area. Bryant Goodreau – Joining the agency in 2004, Bryant heads the First Independent Financial Group division, providing employer groups and individuals with Medical, Life, Disability, Long Term Care, Dental and Voluntary products, representing all major providers. He regularly presents seminars on Health Savings Accounts and holds the designation of Advanced Chartered Benefit Consultant, which places him in rare company when it comes to consulting clients for their benefit needs.
